We never ship purchases until payment is received. In the case of Postal Orders/Wire Transfers, Bank Transfers etc purchases do not ship until payment clears.

Shipping Policies

All items ship from either our Ireland base, or our UK base.
Items from Ireland ship by An Post. Items from UK ship by Royal Mail.
We do our best to keep our postage rates current with each of these establishments as often as we can.
When a customer specifically requests it, we can arrange to ship by registered post. We regret we have to charge our customers for the extra postage cost.
Ongoing postage offer:
For items shipping from Ireland only - If requested, we will donate the postage for your item to Dogs for the Disabled Ireland.

- We avoid using any identifying information anywhere unless absolutely necessary.
- We keep ourselves up to date with current Data Protection Legislation at every revision.
- When a situation arises where sensitive information in print is no longer needed, it is burnt and the resulting ash dug into the garden.

- We only ever feature child models in our photography with express permission of the parent(s)/guardian(s).
- We avoid using identifying information on any children featured and often change names of children featured to protect their anonymity.
- We continually review our policies and working practices to ensure we offer a high standard of child protection within the scope of our work.
- All of our in-house artists hold full enhanced disclosures in their respective states.

We don't make a vast profit on things, we only recoup costs and overheads and any charitable donation on certain items, so we're not normally open to haggling, but we do treat everything on a case by case basis and we're open to communication.
We're happy to take on personal commissions (known as "Alchemy Orders" on etsy), but these may be subject to a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of materials and may take longer to turn around if the materials are scarce.
If this is the case, we will keep in touch by message to keep you appraised of progress, with photos if desired. We also accept Alchemy Orders where the customer arranges supply of materials directly to a member of our team.
